Fellows are selected for appointment to the program according to the institution graduate medical education policies and departmental policies and procedures.
Applicants for hematopathology fellowship must have successfully completed training in anatomic and clinical pathology, anatomic pathology or clinical pathology, or primary certification in another primary medical specialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties.
The selection process is based on the applicants´ preparedness, demonstrated interest in hematology, aptitude, academic credentials, personal characteristics, recommendations and communication skills.
