Medical & Dental School Teaching

Overview

The Department of Pathology and Cell Biology is both a clinical and basic science department dedicated to clinical care, education and research. Our diverse faculty teach in all phases of medical school instruction. In the first and second years they instruct in the Science Basic to the Practice of Medicine (I and II) including Histology; Human Development and Clinical Anatomy courses. In the second year they also teach Pathophysiology I and II. In the Fourth year they teach Clinical Pathology and Advanced Pathophysiology. In addition, in the fourth year electives are offered.
