Dr. Saqi is a Professor and Director of Pulmonary Pathology in the Department of Pathology & Cell Biology at Columbia University Medical Center. She is triple board certified and practices surgical pathology and cytopathology. Her primary interests are in pulmonary pathology and pancreatico-biliary cytopathology with a focus on maximizing results, including molecular diagnoses, on small samples. She is actively involved in teaching and conducting research with trainees and peers across multiple departments with primary interests in pulmonary-related collaborations. She also earned her MBA from Columbia Business School and applies her skills on entrepreneurial-related activities. Dr. Saqi has multiple pending and issued patents.
